The University
of Minnesota Women’s Ice Hockey Arena (Ridder Arena) and the
Men’s and Women’s Varsity Tennis Facility (Baseline Tennis
Club) provide unique venues for hockey and tennis programs.
The ice
arena, home ice for the women’s hockey program, features an
NHL-size ice sheet, bowl configuration seating for over 3,000
spectators, luxury spectator boxes, a new Women’s Hockey Club
Room, and Women’s Athletics strength and conditioning facilities.
The tennis
facility includes new tennis locker and training areas, 10
indoor tennis courts with spectator seating for 500, and eight
outdoor tennis courts.
